Configure Moments in your dashboard

How to configure MomentsLink icon

  1. Go to the ChatBot dashboard.

  2. Add a new one or edit an existing Bot Response.

  3. Add Card, Carousel or Button Template response.

  4. Add a button.

  5. In the configuration button change the button type to Moments.

  6. Enter your URL, choose a webview size and click on the “Done” button.

  7. Save your interaction.

  8. That’s it! Now you can test your working webview by using our Chat Widget or LiveChat integration.

Currently, you can’t test Moments in our built-in chat. To test it, use our Chat Widget, LiveChat or Facebook integration.
