Shopify flows are pre-configured, task-specific chatbot scenarios that you can add to your Story to speed up the build process.
Flows are special blocks in ChatBot that help to visually organize even the most complex chatbot scenario. With flows, you can develop multiple paths inside your Story and represent those paths on the main tree as individual blocks. In doing so, you can create complex yet compact Stories and easily locate particular paths on the main conversation tree.
There are two Shopify flows you can use:

Order status — enables your chatbot to display the order status once the customer provides their order ID and postal code.

Product availability — this flow makes it possible for the user to search for specific products from your Shopify store via a chatbot.
Each Shopify flow comes with dedicated attributes, so you won’t have to configure them on your own. You can use more than one flow in a Story. You can also edit them the way you want and adjust your chatbot communication to best serve your business needs.
How to use Shopify flows

Drag a Shopify flow block and drop it in the appropriate place in the conversation tree.

Select the Flow block you added to open its content. Below, you can see the inside of the Product availability flow. You can freely edit all the blocks and add them to the path if necessary.

To go back to the main Story view, select the Home icon.
