Configure Moments in dashboard

Check how you can open your web application inside a chat window and increase your visitor experience.

How to configure Moments

1. Go to the ChatBot dashboard.
2. Add a new one or edit an existing Bot Response.
3. Add Card, Carousel or Button Template response.
4. Add a button.
5. In the configuration button change the button type to Moments.
6. Enter your URL, choose a webview size and click on the “Done” button.
7. Save your interaction.
8. That’s it! Now you can test your working webview by using our Chat Widget or LiveChat integration.
